Disc Golf > Regular Golf

Try to picture this.  You are sitting home with your friends, and you are also bored to death.  What if one of your friends suggests playing golf?  Well, it might sound like an interesting idea at first, but playing golf comes with a few hindrances.  First, learning how to play golf requires months of constant & diligent practices.  Not to mention that, all of golfing equipment & golfing lessons are always expensive.  Also, the average cost of playing one round per person tends to be from $15 to $100.  Therefore, it seems like playing golf isn’t the best option then.  So, how about playing disc golf instead?

Disc golf shares many similarities with regular golf.  Instead, disc golf is a game in which a plastic disc is thrown into chain-catching metal baskets that are set up on an outdoor course, the object being to complete the course using the least possible throws.  There are currently over 5,000 disc-golf courses in the United States.     Disc golf has been popular for a long time because it is easy to learn, a healthy activity and accessible to people of all ages and fitness levels.  It is also an inexpensive hobby because almost every disc golf course is free for everyone.  Also, any disc could be purchased between $5 and $15.

Overall, disc golf is a fantastic way to relieve your stress while spending some quality time with your friends in the nature!  So, if you don’t have any plans today, why don’t you go disc?
